Before co-founding Doctronic, Matt led engineering teams in the tech industry, building tools that scaled to millions. But a frustrating personal experience navigating delayed diagnoses and long wait times in the healthcare system sparked an idea: what if AI could do the triage? Matt brought the vision and the infrastructure thinking behind what would become the Doctronic engine.

With years of frontline medical experience, Dr. Afam (Adam) Oskowitz knew the limitations doctors face: too little time, too many patients, and outdated tools. He saw the burnout in his colleagues, and the suffering in patients who needed faster care. Joining forces with Matt, he brought clinical rigor and deep domain expertise to ensure Doctronic would serve real people safely.
