Doctronic operates a telehealth service built around an AI doctor that conducts a clinical-style conversation and routes patients to treatment. Through Utah's AI Regulatory Sandbox, Doctronic is the first AI system permitted to autonomously prescribe medication refills, working from a formulary of 192 medications. Controlled substances are excluded from autonomous AI prescribing and telehealth prescriptions. The service covers hundreds of common conditions across primary and urgent care, sexual health, weight management (GLP-1s), sleep, skin, allergies, cold and flu, hair loss, ED, UTIs, pain management, and more.
